Cancellation Policy
*I require a non-refundable booking fee that is required to reserve your appointment with me. If you reschedule 2+ times your booking fee will be forfeited and you will need to leave a new deposit or pay full price of the service booked. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ON SITE IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME GUEST AND WE HAVE NOT SPOKEN YET.*
LATE POLICY-If you’re running late, please be courteous and shoot us a text or give us a call to let us know. If you’re more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate you and this would result in a cancellation fee which would need to be paid prior to rescheduling OR will be added to the final invoice if we are able to take you that day. Late fees are $50 for every 30 min the appointment is pushed back due to your tardiness.
CANCELLATIONS - As a courtesy, please call or text us as soon as you know you’re not able and to make your scheduled appointment, we would be happy to reschedule you. We ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice of cancellation for any appointment. Failure to do so would result in a cancellation fee - which would be 50% of your projected bill for canceling in less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment and 85% for same day or no call, no show charged to the card on file. We understand things happen, please communicate and give us the time to fill the appointment you’re going to miss. You will not be able to reserve a future appointment there are any unpaid cancellation fee balances.
